If you would like to return your purchase, we will accept any unused/undamaged product within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Once product has been received and inspected, a refund of the original purchase price MINUS the cost of shipping & handling will be applied to the card used at purchase. Shipping Times
We are currently shipping within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email once your order has shipped! If you do not receive an email confirmation within 2 weeks of your order date, please email us at boil@swampbuckets.com. Please do not email us before the 2 week date. We assure you that we will get your products to you as soon as possible!
We cannot ship buckets to a P.O. Box. Please provide a non-post office box address when completing your purchase!

A full refund will be given if a cancellation request is made prior to the product shipping. If product has already shipped, please follow our Return Policy

Refunds
Refunds/Repairs for manufacturer defective products will be accepted if within 30 days of purchase .
Damage caused by improper usage (i.e. plugging in without water) will NOT be refunded. Please see the pictures below of elements with damage due to improper usage or damage from being dry-fired.

What does a dry-fired element look like? Dry-fired elements can be recognized in three ways: The zinc plating will have melted or completely burned off, leaving exposed copper; The element will have a brass or copper coloring; The tubing of the element will be completely annealed (soft) to a point that it has broken or can be easily bent in the straight sections of the tube.
